I'm not a fan of most DDR music. However, this track is a big exception. There are several reasons why I'm attracted to it. First, obviously, is the solid multi-tiered melody. Second, is the groovy style/genre, which I don't hear often in VGM, so it's even more appealing to me. That is strongly related to the next item: complex instrumentation, complete with awesome super-synthesized vocals (which straddle the line between "voice" and "instrument"). And finally is just the overall structure of the song; it's well organized with good progression and harmony, which makes it's length an enjoyable feature. I wish I could understand the lyrics, but perhaps it's better unknown, as it leaves more to the imagination. All aspects considered, "Can Be Real (Soul House Extended)" is an excellent song.
